Travis Bissett was admitted to the Bar in 2007. He has deep roots in Southern Alberta and attended the University of Lethbridge, obtaining a Bachelor of Science before embarking on a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2006.
Travis has a continued interest in the following areas of law:
- Real Estate (residential/commercial/farm)
- Personal Injury (all types)
- Divorce Law (both uncontested and contested matters, including advancing and defending applications related to property division, child support, spousal support, guardianship and custody related applications.)
- Wills and Estate related matters, including powers of attorney, personal directives and estate/dependant adult litigation
- Defence of Criminal and Provincial Offences
- Municipal law including by-law prosecution
- Corporate law
- General Litigation
