STEVEN G. OSMOND

Steven grew up on farm outside of Lethbridge, Alberta and has a background in the construction and agriculture industry. He earned his B.Mgt. Accounting, with distinction, from the University of Lethbridge in 2014, with a focus on supply chain management before moving to Calgary for law school. In 2017 Steven obtained his J.D. from the University of Calgary, and in 2024 he became a partner at Stringam.

Steven’s practice is focused on litigation including family, personal injury, criminal and business law. He is particularly keen on working within the agriculture sector including surface rights and landowner issues. Steven also assists clients in real estate and estate planning.

In his free time, Steven loves all things outdoors. This includes being an active member of the Fish and Game Club. He has hatched, raised, and released Wild Merriam’s turkeys and pheasants for years in hopes to establish populations. Steven is also active in hockey, rugby and in his church. However, his favorite use of free time is playing with his children.
