Everything was handled professionally and on time
We have had Stringham Law for our mortgage, our wills and several other issues. We recently had a company from Ontario try to scam us with regards to a Hot Water Heater and Air conditioner. ($14,000.00 Luckily we got our money back. With the help of some special people at Stringham law. We have now moved so we will now have to find new legal team to help us with some other issues we need help with. I will be calling them for their suggestions if they have any. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for helping us. They are easy to talk to and help with joy. Very down to earth people

When it came time to meet and sign papers, he was kind and informative and very organized. Shonna was especially wonderful - I had to drop by twice to sign dower papers which she was able to accommodate on the fly which in turn helped to keep blood pressures from spiking. She was on top of everything, up to and including ensuring possession day went as smoothly as possible, and it did. I can't remember the lady at the front's name, but she was also super kind, and helpful whenever I popped in or called. I've done this real estate business a few times and have used different lawyers each time - I can say confidently, if we do this again, I'll call Rod and Shonna to handle the transaction.
