Profile

Mark was raised in southern Alberta. After high school Mark became involved in various small businesses in the Lethbridge area, in addition to completing his business education at the University of Lethbridge and Lethbridge Community College. Mark eventually sold his business interests and moved to Saskatoon Saskatchewan where he obtained his legal education, graduating with his Bachelor of Laws in 2005.

Upon completing his education, he and his wife returned to southern Alberta where they now reside in Raymond with their five children.

Mark enjoys being an active member of his community. He has been involved in Scouting and youth leadership for many years. He has also started coaching his son’s baseball team. He previously worked with individuals who were in the process of starting small business, assisting them with business planning and coaching.

As part of the Stringam Denecky team of lawyers, Mark is a Lethbridge lawyer, who also practices in our branch offices in Cardston and Ft. McMurray. He also serves many clients in Magrath, Raymond and elsewhere.

Mark has a General Law Practice with a strong focus in Family Law, General Litigation, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Wills and Estates. He also serves a number of Corporate and Commercial clients.

When he is not busy practicing law, Mark enjoys hobbies including golf, cycling, water skiing, snowboarding and camping. He appreciates the time he spends with his family and friends.
