Kevin C. E. Kurtz was born in Lethbridge and grew up in Medicine Hat. He earned his B.A. (with Distinction) in Political Science from the University of Calgary in 2006, and earned his LL.B. (with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009. Kevin was admitted as a member of the Alberta Bar Association on June 18, 2010. He currently resides in Medicine Hat with his wife.
Kevin is interested in maintaining a general law practice, focusing on civil litigation, divorce and family law and corporate/commercial law. He also has an interest in employment law, municipal law, wills, estates and real estate. Kevin works as an associate out of Stringam Denecky’s Medicine Hat office and travels to service clients in Brooks and other areas when required.
When not practicing law, Kevin enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time outdoors. He is also an avid hockey fan and appreciates quality time with his friends and family.
