John was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1996. He was born in Brooks, Alberta and attended the University of Lethbridge for three years before embarking on an LL.B from the University of Calgary. He received his LL.B. from Calgary in 1995. He is fluent in Spanish.
John practices in the area of General Litigation including Divorce, Construction Litigation, Estate Litigation, and Corporate Commercial Litigation.
John has appeared at all levels of the Courts in Alberta; Provincial Court, Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal. He has also appeared in Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court in Saskatchewan and the Superior Courts of Ontario as well as the Federal Court of Canada.
John is very interested in maintaining a general practice with a concentration in General Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Divorce, Immigration, Customs & Excise and Real Estate.
John has a great deal of experience practicing in the areas of Customs & Excise and border crossing issues.
John works out of our Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Brooks offices.
