Ali'i was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. Ali'i received his Bachelor of Education at the University of Regina and his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon.
After he and his wife Kristi completed their education in Saskatoon, they moved to Medicine Hat. Kristi is a practicing dentist in Medicine Hat and is originally from Southern Alberta.
As part of the Stringam Denecky team, Ali'i practices in Medicine Hat and with the branch office in Brooks. Ali'i is a member of both the Saskatchewan and Alberta Bars.
Ali'i has a General Law Practice with a focus in General Litigation, Family Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate and Will and Estates.
Ali'i is an active volunteer, and closely connected to his culture and community. He enjoys weightlifting, jogging, basketball, golfing, traveling, cooking and spending time with his family.
